In the western part of the Colli Oriental, close to the Alps, lies the small Marco Sara winery, which is run by the two young and passionate winemakers. This is a full-bodied and aromatic white wine; the grapes are harvested with a hint of botrytis (noble rot), which gives this wine its special character.
