Monte di Grazia is located in Campania in the town of Tramonti, inland and up from the Amalfi Coast, in the Lattari Mountains. It’s a cool, breezy microclimate and an isolated place. This isolation, combined with altitude and volcanic soil, is the reason why Tramonti is a pristine pocket of pre-phylloxera grapes. This dry white is a bright and sunny wine, made from Ginestra, Pepella and Biancatenera grapes, all native to the Amalfi Coast. This wine has fruity and floral notes and salty, marine notes linger on the finish. Fresh, bright, and a bit savory. Try it with fish or risotto!
