This cuvée is made from a micro-vinification of Chardonnay from two locations, “Les Varosses” in Cuisles and “Les Terres Rouges” in Jonquery. This wine is atypical in that these two parcels have deep rooting (perfect for Chardonnay). Aromas of white flowers so specific to the Cuisles terroir and some citrus notes (lime zest, mandarin) complement the wine's freshness and pleasant acidity. A great wine, perfect as an aperitif to accompany scallops or grilled lobster!
