In its 3rd generation, Rebholz has lately become the prime source for naturally made, terroir-driven, dry wines in Germany. The Rebholz Pinot Blanc is a dry white wine with nutty melons and minerality on the palate. Certified organic since 2009, this is a great wine to pair with seafood, mild cheeses, and soups.
