The nose reveals dominant mineral notes of river stone, petrichor, and fresh lime pith, while the palate offers a briney, refreshing sensation with a nutty finish. Sourced from our sustainably grown estate, the Chardonnay grapes were machine-harvested in the cool hours of the early morning. After gently pressing and settling overnight, the juice underwent a natural fermentation in our Sandstone "Jarre." Following a secondary malolactic fermentation, it matured for 8 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, preserving its authentic character.
