Vin Noé Pommard Reve Americain 2022 (750ml)
Vin Noé is the micro-negociant project of Jonathan Purcell, a native Californian who has lived and worked in Burgundy since 2011, in the cellars of Philippe Pacalet, Domaine de Montille, and Domaine Matrot. This is 100% Pinot Noir from 3 separate parcels in Pommard. 50% of the fruit comes from Les Noizons, which lies just north of Les Pézerolles and Les Charmots and sees rocky, shallow clay soils over limestone. Jon employs hard punch downs and his wines are dark and deep, savoury and rich, with texture and backbone not often found in Beaujolais or Burgundy.
