The Haart family have been making wine in Piesport since 1337. Julian has worked with prestigious winemakers as Egon Muller and Klaus Peter Keller, two of the titans of German wine, honing his skills with the country's best farmers and winemakers. Haart's 1,000L is sourced from 25-year-old vines in the Grand Cru Goldtropfchen vineyard. This is a dry tasting Riesling that is incredibly brisk, tense and refreshing with oodles of high-toned citrus fruits and stark minerality.
