Bebame Description
This wine is a dead-ringer for great Old World Cabernet Franc. It is decidedly savory, showing aromas of truffles, as well as a mineral note reminiscent of wet gravel. It's a spicy and peppery red that supports itself against a dense core of chewy black and blue fruits. The touch of Gamay lifts the finish and gives the wine a lovely freshness.
