It boasts tart red fruits and inner herbal tones with mineral underpinnings, all kept nicely in check by zesty acidity. This finishes with a staining wild raspberry concentration and grippy tannins that frame the style well. The Metier Cabernet Sauvignon is produced mostly from Candy Mountain fruit.
