100% biodynamically cultivated Gewürztraminer from Nothalten in Alsace. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerated for 1-2 weeks prior to pressing to neutral barrel where the juice spontaneously ferments followed by aging also in neutral barrel for up to a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. This is a delicate, taut, fresh, aromatic Gewürtz' with a lovely saline roundness. For a nice aperitif, a piece of Münster or a slightly spicy Indian dish.
