An aromatic and extoic orange wine with soft yeastiness. A blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer all given 5 to 7 days of maceration on the skins. Certified biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, no filtering or fining, and very low sulfite additions. Vibrant apricot, with tropical fruit accents laced throughout. One of our favorite orange wines (when we can actually get it)!
