Moric Blaufrankisch Burgenland 2021 (750ml)

Made in an early-drinking style from 'younger' vines (10-50 years old) grown on limestone, primary rock, and loam from Neckenmarkt and Lutzmannsburg.  A wonderful introduction to Roland's elegant take on Blaufrankisch with its signature characteristics of high-toned aromatic blue fruits, spice, and black tea. Vintage after vintage these are beyond a doubt gorgeous refined wines; a wine that will drink now and age well for years to come.

An alluring red, with sanguine notes upfront, followed by black cherry, cola and hoisin sauce, while graphite echoes in the background. It is medium-bodied and has a beautiful mouthfeel and a finish that invites you for another sip.
