Scar of the Sea Description
From sandstone soils on South West hillside of the San Luis Obispo Coast, this is a Syrah which could only be made by someone who really loves Syrah. It is therefore unsurprising that winemaker Mikey Giugni is a die-hard fan of this wonderful grape. With more than a hint of the Northern Rhône, it balances classic peppery garrigue notes with a twist of blackberry acidity.
