Gonet-Medeville is the joining of two families—Xavier, whose family has grown grapes in Mesnil-sur-Oger for decades, while Julie is from Bordeaux. This elegant bone dry sparkling rosé is aromatic, lifted and delicate. Made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru and Grand Cru Villages, it gets its pale color from a splash of Pinot Noir grown in Ambonnay. It's bright and lightly mouthwatering, with accents of chalk, raspberry and grapefruit zest on the long finish.
