Herve Souhaut Description
Souhaut does Syrah very well indeed. Classic bacon fatty, meaty, dark cherry things going on here, it's as delicious as it sounds. Tannins are dialed down, this guy is all about fruit purity and mineral drive. Unfiltered + a touch of SO2 for stability. Really good!

This bottle has a deep and soulful nose that draws you in with concentrated fruit notes. The bright fruit is complemented by hints of spiced meat, cracked peppercorns, and a melange of cooking herbs. The palate is an almost perfect representation of Northern Rhône Syrah. There's a medium depth of fruit with grippy tannins and stunning acidity.
