The nose opens with violet florals, strawberry and slightly herbal notes, while light, refreshing acidity and silky tannins appear on the palate. Bright strawberry and raspberry flavors are supported by a mineral backbone. Organic; carbonic maceration of whole clusters are followed by aging in old wooden casks. Minimal sulfur added.
